The LinkPoint® API (application programming interface) provides
merchants a more sophisticated payment solution through comprehensive payment
processing software.
The LinkPoint API service allows customers to pay for products and services
without leaving a merchant's Web site. The service provides sales, returns,
real-time authorizations and real-time reports, and it calculates tax and
shipping — giving merchants control over how their payments are processed. In
addition, it allows merchants to build transaction processing applications that
can process payments from a Web site or from multiple point-of-sale terminals.
